"If it is not broken, don't change it".
HR Leaders are increasingly recognising that parts of HR are broken and that is why over 90% of HR Functions are undertaking some type of change programme. However, it seems that the majority of these Programmes are not going according to plan - taking too long, costing too much, not delivering the promised business value etc... This is affecting HR's credibility and capability to deliver real value to the Business.
The HR Transformation Company exists to support HR Leaders to shape, plan, manage and implement successful business led changes to HR.
For us, HR Transformation is defined as any concerted effort to better align HR with the business, both structurally and strategically, which is supported by changes and improvements to the HR Operations so that HR can more effectively demonstrate it’s unique business value.
The HR Transformation Company understands the HR Journey from Personnel to HR Strategic Partnership, and this is backed up by a robust and proven model and methodology - our 'HR Transformation Continuum'. We have a track record of working with 'cutting edge' companies and are committed to developing thought leadership in HR Transformation to ensure HR maintains its place at the boardroom and continues to add significant business value.
Our expertise and passion allows us to support any size and type of HR change programme, from establishing a strategic and integrated HR Shared Service Centre through to a total HR Transformation (involving strategy, structure, processes and people).
Our uniqueness is in our thinking, style, and practices based on first hand experience and new insights and supported by a desire to demonstrate long-term value which can be measured.
What an organisation needs from HR today is different from yesterday and not the same as tomorrow!
