We are a company made up of three partners: Transact HR, Peter Cablis and PeopleStuf. We all came together because as ex-HR practitioners, and now running successful independent consulting firms, we recognised that the world of HR Change was not being well served by the wider HR Consulting Market.

Too often HR change fails as it focuses on 'quick wins', limited changes to the HR structure, short-term gains, cost savings etc... The agenda is limited in scope, transactional in nature, and most of the time skirts around the real challenges and opportunities facing HR.
